{Dress to Dare}

There's no surprise Street Hanger is covered in color...This post is no different! I like these bold colors that aren't overwhelming. You'll certainly be noticed, but for good reason. I am especially in love with the TIBI dress: it looks like watercolors dripping off a canvas. Perfection!
